With the approval of the provincial government, the minimum wage in the province was adjusted from July 1 2065438. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows, please implement them carefully.

First, the implementation time and standards. The adjusted minimum wage will be implemented from July 1, 2065438. The monthly minimum wages are 1650 yuan, 1590 yuan, 1480 yuan and 1380 yuan respectively, and the corresponding hourly minimum wages are 17 yuan, 16 yuan and 15 yuan respectively. See the attached table for the specific standards implemented by each region.

Second, the scope of application. The minimum wage standard in Hebei Province is applicable to enterprises, private non-enterprise units, individual industrial and commercial households with employees and laborers who form labor relations with them within the administrative area of this province. State organs, institutions, social organizations and workers who have established labor contract relations with them shall abide by them.

Third, the monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employees. The items included in the minimum wage standard include hourly wages, piecework wages, performance wages, wages paid under special circumstances, and pension insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance and housing accumulation fund that should be paid by individual workers according to regulations. It does not include pension insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance and housing accumulation fund that should be paid by the employer for workers according to regulations; It does not include overtime wages, allowances and subsidies paid to workers in special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, high altitude, underground, toxic and harmful, hard post, open pit mining and mobile construction, as well as the welfare benefits of workers stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.

The hourly minimum wage standard is applicable to part-time employees in the same employer who mainly pay by the hour and generally work no more than 4 hours a day and no more than 24 hours a week. In addition to the monthly minimum wage, the hourly minimum wage standard also includes the basic old-age insurance premium and basic medical insurance premium that the employer should pay for the workers.

Fourth, the minimum wage standard should be issued. The wages that the employer should pay to the workers who have provided normal labor (including probation period, apprenticeship period, probation period, skilled period, etc.). ) shall not be lower than the local minimum wage.

Five, the minimum wage system is an important means to safeguard the most basic rights and interests of workers, and the minimum wage standard is the rigid bottom line to protect the basic living needs of workers and their dependents. Human resources and social security departments at all levels should take effective measures, increase publicity, conscientiously implement the minimum wage system, timely track the implementation of the minimum wage system by employers, especially small and micro enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises, find problems in time, guide the implementation, and investigate and deal with violations of the minimum wage system according to law.
