How to use social security card as debit card

Self-service card, when receiving the card, the bank will let you set the password and successfully use it as a debit card. However, it should be noted that the central bank limits the number of individual bank cards for residents of the same bank to one, and this social security card also has restrictions. In other words, if you have a debit card from a bank before, you must downgrade the social security card to a second-class card or downgrade the old card if you want to get the social security card now.
