Declaration and payment of social insurance premiums operated by electronic tax bureau

1. Log in to Xiamen Electronic Taxation Bureau and click "Special Business"-"Social Security Business" on the left side of the homepage of the Electronic Taxation Bureau.

2. Click "social insurance premium declaration and payment" and select "company social insurance premium declaration", and the system will automatically bring out the social insurance premium payable this month;

3. After confirming that "the situation of social insurance premiums to be collected this month" is correct, tick the column "Please select" and click "declare";

4. A prompt box pops up, and click "OK" in the lower right corner;

5. Check the "social security fee declaration receipt" and click "Pay tax" in the lower right corner;

6. Select the payment method, and then click "Go to Payment" to make payment.

Note: If the declared payment has not been paid, it can be handled through "Company Social Security-Social Security Fee Declaration and Payment-Tax Payment". If the payment is not completed in accordance with the regulations in the current month, according to the Social Insurance Law, a late payment fee of 0.5 ‰ will be added daily from the following month 1 day. (Special circumstances shall be subject to the notice of the tax authorities)
