Hangzhou social security card can be collected through Alipay Citizen Center, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

Receive 1 through Alipay Citizen Center, click Citizen Center to enter Alipay home page, and click Citizen Center.

3. Click on "Electronic Social Security Card"
