Step 3: Get a new card.
7 working days after completing the card replacement procedure, the cardholder will collect a new card at the card issuing outlet with the card replacement business credentials and the original valid identity certificate, and activate the new card financial account in time.
The time from accepting the application to making and issuing a new card is 20 working days.
