Payment ratio of maternity insurance unit:1%; Individuals do not bear the payment.

According to the latest news released by Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the social security payment bases from April 1 to March 3 1 were 15 108 yuan (three times the average monthly salary of employees in Shanghai last year) and 3,022 yuan (60% of the average monthly salary of employees in Shanghai last year).
Note: The upper limit of the individual contribution base of employees in a unit is 15 108 yuan, and the lower limit is 3022 yuan. The unit payment base is determined by the sum of individual monthly payment bases in the unit.
