What are the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits?

Legal analysis: Unemployed people who have not been employed after receiving unemployment insurance, unemployed people who have been insured for more than 1 year and whose labor contracts have been terminated for personal reasons, and unemployed people who have been insured for less than 1 year can apply for unemployment benefits. If the insurance payment is over 1 year, it will be paid according to 80% of the local intermediate unemployment insurance standard; If the insurance premium is less than 1 year, it shall be paid at 50% of the local intermediate unemployment insurance premium standard, and all localities shall not arbitrarily narrow the scope of beneficiaries. Unemployment allowance will be rounded to the nearest yuan. Unemployed persons who receive unemployment benefits expire, are recruited by employers and insured, and die. They should conquer military service, emigrate, enjoy basic old-age insurance for urban workers or old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, and stop paying unemployment benefits if they are sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the unemployed meet the following conditions, they will receive unemployment insurance benefits from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
