If you don't buy social security and medical insurance, is there commercial insurance instead?

Commercial insurance can replace social security in the following ways: it can be supplemented by commercial insurance, such as pension and critical illness protection. In the absence of social security, some can temporarily replace social security with certain commercial insurance, but some cannot, such as hospitalization insurance. Most commercial hospitalization insurance covers you until you are 65, and then it's gone. We know that medical care is mostly after you get old. Social security not only solves your medical care when you are young now, but also protects your medical care after retirement until your life.
