New standard of social insurance payment base in Liuzhou, Guangxi in 2022-2023

It was learned from Liuzhou Social Insurance Administration that according to the relevant regulations of the autonomous region, Liuzhou social insurance payment base was determined and new insurance payment standards were activated.

According to the provisions of the documents of the autonomous region, when the human resources and social security work in the whole region needs the index of "the average wage of employees in urban units in the whole region", the "the average wage of employees in urban non-private units in the whole region is 42,637 yuan" provided by the Statistics Bureau of the autonomous region shall prevail. Accordingly, Liuzhou social insurance related business regulations are as follows: the employee payment base declared by the insured unit 1. Degree shall not be less than 60% of the average wage of employees in urban units in the whole region (that is, 2 13 1. Yuan/month), and the maximum shall not be higher than 300% of the average wage of employees in urban units in the whole region (i.e. 10659). The social security department of Liuzhou will collect social insurance premiums from employers and employees according to the new payment base in July, and settle the difference of social insurance premiums (excluding medical insurance premiums) paid by units before 1 June, and refund more and make up less.

2. The basic medical insurance for flexible employees is calculated at 60% of the average wage of employees in urban units in the overall planning area. The annual payment amount is 2503. Yuan (including large medical insurance in 72 yuan), and the annual payment of hospitalization medical insurance is 1095.6 yuan (including large medical insurance in 72 yuan).

3. The basic old-age insurance for flexible employees shall be paid at 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of the annual average wage of employees in urban units in the whole region according to one of the following five grades. The annual payment amounts are 5 1 16.8 yuan, 5,970 yuan and 6,822 yuan respectively.

The Municipal Social Security Bureau reminds that from now on, flexible employees in Liuzhou can go through the payment procedures of basic old-age insurance and medical insurance at ICBC, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank, Liuzhou Bank, Rural Credit Cooperative and China Everbright Bank Wuxing Branch.
