If a participant transfers from the occupational insurance to the new rural insurance or the urban residence insurance, his/her years of contributions to the occupational insurance can be combined and added up to the years of contributions to the new rural insurance or the urban residence insurance. If a participant transfers from the New Rural Insurance or the Urban Residence Insurance to the Employment Insurance, his/her contribution years in the New Rural Insurance or the Urban Residence Insurance will not be converted into the contribution years of the Employment Insurance.
