Fraudulent obtaining of social insurance benefits for old age, medical care, industrial injury, unemployment, maternity and other social security entitlements by means of fraud, forging of certifying documents or other means falls within the scope of the provisions of Article 260 of the Criminal Law. Article 6 of the provisions of the fraudulent public and private property behavior.
