How to receive social unemployment insurance?

(1) Enter the website of the national social insurance public service platform/,register and log in, select unemployment insurance → apply for unemployment insurance benefits → apply for unemployment insurance benefits online, confirm my insured place and relevant information, and apply online.

(2) Applications

Download and install Minsheng (address) App→ Register users (skip registration) → Click on the home electronic social security card → Get the electronic social security card (skip receiving it) → Take the national service → Apply in unemployment insurance benefits → Select the correct insured place → Apply → Read the application instructions and agree → Enter relevant information → Submit the application.

(3) WeChat platform

Enter the "I" page of WeChat → Service → City Service → Social Security Integration → Register an electronic social security card (the registration is displayed as "Electronic Social Security Card") → Apply in unemployment insurance benefits → Select a suitable place to participate in the insurance → Apply → Read the application instructions and agree → Enter relevant information → Submit the application.

(4) Alipay platform

Search "Citizen Center" in Alipay → Social Security → Register an electronic social security card (the registered one shows "Electronic Social Security Card") → National Service → Apply for unemployment benefits nationwide → Apply for unemployment insurance benefits → Select a suitable place to participate in insurance → Apply → Read the application instructions and agree → Enter relevant information → Submit an application.

2. Offline application channels:

Hold my ID card or social security card to the unemployment insurance handling window of the insured place.

Offline process

(a) the unemployed hold my certificate and the certificate of termination or rescission of the labor contract issued by the original unit, fill in the "Registration Form for Unemployment Insurance" and other materials, and apply for unemployment insurance registration at the Municipal Unemployment Insurance Management Office within 60 days;

(two) the city unemployment insurance management office according to the individual payment records, approved unemployment insurance benefits, standards, time limit, etc. ;

(three) notify the unemployed of the audit results, and issue the unemployment registration certificate for employees of enterprises and institutions;

(four) the unemployed hold the "enterprise and institution employee unemployment registration certificate" to the designated unemployment insurance agencies to apply for and apply for job registration, and participate in employment training.

(five) the unemployed are registered and receive unemployment insurance benefits on a monthly basis;

(6) Unemployed persons receive unemployment insurance benefits from designated banks every month with their cards.

I. Handling department:

Unemployment insurance institutions at all levels

Unemployment insurance recipients:

1. Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions can receive unemployment insurance benefits and enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits according to regulations:

(1) has participated in unemployment insurance as required, and the employer and I have fulfilled the payment obligations as required for 1 year;

(2) Discontinue employment without my own will;

(3) It has registered for unemployment according to legal procedures;

(4) Persons who have job requirements and are willing to accept vocational training and job introduction.

2. Employees' involuntary termination of employment includes the following situations:

(1) The labor contract is terminated;

(2) The employer terminates the labor contract;

(3) The employer fails to provide working conditions as required and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

(4) The employer forces labor by means of violence, coercion or restriction of personal freedom, and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

(5) Where the employer deducts wages, defaults on wages or fails to pay the remuneration for extending working hours as required, and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

(6) The wage paid by the employer is lower than the local minimum wage standard or the wage standard agreed in the collective contract, and the labor contract is terminated;

(7) The employer detains identity, qualification, length of service and other documents, and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

(8) The employer fails to pay social insurance premiums according to law and proposes to terminate the labor contract;

(nine) as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

Second, 1, unemployment insurance conditions

(1) Unemployed people with local urban household registration enjoy unemployment insurance benefits.

Within 7 days of the termination or dissolution of the labor relationship between the employer and the employee, the employer shall hold the certificate of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship, a copy of the organization code certificate of the employer, a confirmation form of unemployment insurance as the payment period (which is required by the insured with the payment period), the employee file, a copy of the household registration book, a copy of the ID card, an acceptance certificate of social security reduction or an endowment insurance manual stamped with the registration stamp (the employer has gone through the formalities of social security reduction, but due to settlement reasons, it is shown that the five-insurance bank is still provided when enrolling).

Local urban employment to unemployed persons shall register for unemployment within 60 days from the date of termination or dissolution of the labor contract. After unemployment registration, they should participate in vocational training, carry out job-seeking activities, and go to the agency (street, township labor security management station) on a monthly basis to accept unemployment status confirmation and employment guidance. Every month 10,1/0/day (postponed in case of holidays), the unemployed will go to the street (township) labor security management station or community labor security service room where their registered permanent residence is located with their unemployment cards and private seals, and the unemployed can receive unemployment insurance benefits with their cards from the 22nd of each month.

Unemployed people who fail to receive unemployment status confirmation and employment guidance from the agency (street, township labor security management station) for 2 consecutive months without justifiable reasons are deemed to have re-employed and stopped enjoying unemployment insurance benefits, and the unemployed insurance money that has not been received shall be retained according to the regulations.

(two) other unemployed people in cities and towns choose to enjoy unemployment insurance benefits in their domicile.

After the employer terminates or terminates the labor relationship with the employee, it shall go through the formalities of stopping the insurance at the unemployment insurance collection agency in time, and submit the document (original) for terminating or terminating the labor relationship, the Application Form for Unemployment Insurance for Contract Workers in Other Cities, and the confirmation form for the deemed payment period of unemployment insurance (which is provided by the insured). A copy of the employee's labor contract or recruitment form that participated in unemployment insurance 99 years ago shall be submitted to the original within 7 days.

The unemployment insurance agency shall, within 7 days after receiving the relevant information declared by the employer, verify the unemployment insurance benefits that the unemployed should enjoy.

Unemployed persons shall, within 7 days after the employer declares the information of termination or rescission of labor relations, go through the transfer formalities of unemployment insurance fund with my ID card to the Financial Management Section of Hangzhou Employment Service Bureau (Room 409, Labor Building, No.242 Zhonghe Middle Road).

After the unemployed go through the transfer formalities, the agency will transfer the funds that should be enjoyed in the relationship between unemployment insurance benefits and unemployment insurance to the domicile, and the unemployed will enjoy the unemployment insurance benefits at the domicile. After the unemployment insurance fund is transferred out, it may not be transferred back to enjoy unemployment insurance benefits.

(3) Unemployed people in other cities and towns choose to enjoy unemployment insurance benefits in Hangzhou.

After the termination or rescission of the labor relationship between the employer and the employee, it shall go through the formalities of stopping the insurance at the unemployment insurance collection agency in time. In addition, the documents (originals) for termination or dissolution of labor relations, the application form for unemployment insurance benefits for contract workers in different places, the confirmation form of unemployment insurance benefits as the payment period (which should be provided by insured persons deemed as the payment period), the copy of the temporary residence permit of unemployed persons, the proof of the community where they live now, and the copy of the labor contract or recruitment form of employees who participated in unemployment insurance before 1999 should be submitted to the unemployment insurance agency where the employer pays social insurance. If the employer is insured by the Municipal Social Security Bureau, it shall report to the municipal unemployment insurance agency (namely Hangzhou Employment Service Bureau); If the employer is insured in the district social security office, it shall report to the district-level unemployment insurance agency (i.e. the district employment management service office).

After receiving the relevant information declared by the employer, the unemployment insurance agency shall verify the unemployment insurance benefits that the unemployed should enjoy within 7 days.

Unemployed persons shall, within 60 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations, bring their ID card, temporary residence permit (original) and 2 1 inch photos to the unemployment insurance agency that accepted the information of their original employer to apply for registration in unemployment insurance benefits, and fill in the registration form in unemployment insurance benefits. After accepting the registration examination, the agency shall timely issue the "Hangzhou Unemployment Insurance Payment Card". (Those who exceed the specified time shall be deemed to be re-employed).

The procedure for confirming unemployment status is limited to me, and no one else can handle it for me. Those who have not gone through the formalities for confirming their unemployment status for two consecutive months shall be regarded as re-employment.

Article 50 The employing unit shall issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations for the unemployed in time, and inform the social insurance agency of the list of unemployed persons within 15 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor relations.

Unemployed persons shall, with the certificate of termination or rescission of labor relations issued by their own units, go to the designated public employment service institutions for unemployment registration in time.

Unemployed people with unemployment registration certificate and personal identity documents, to the social insurance agencies to receive unemployment insurance procedures. The time limit for receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be calculated from the date of unemployment registration.
