If you have not applied for a citizen's email address, you can hold the original and photocopy of your ID card to the business processing window of the human resources and social security system of the city and district to confirm your valid identity and grant the corresponding authority, and get your user name and password.

2. Unit:

Units need to bring the organization code certificate, the original and photocopy of the industrial and commercial business license, and the original and photocopy of the ID card of the unit manager to the business processing window of the municipal and district human resources and social security system, sign the Agreement on Online Business Processing of Human Resources and Social Security in Hangzhou, fill out the Application Form for Opening Online Business License of Human Resources and Social Security Units in Hangzhou, and receive the Receipt for Opening Online Business License of Human Resources and Social Security Units in Hangzhou.

Second, log on to Hangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Network, select Sunshine Government Affairs (Service Hall), select units or individuals to handle affairs, and then select the business you need to handle online.
