According to the Minimum Wage Regulation of the former Ministry of Labor and Social Security (Order No.212004), combined with the economic development of our region and the improvement of the wage level of employees, with the approval of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the people's government of the autonomous region decided to adjust the minimum wage standard of the autonomous region for 20 15 years and the minimum wage standard for part-time working hours. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First-class areas: Hohhot New Town, etc. 15 District, Erenhot and Alashan Zuo Qi, etc. 10 Banner, with the minimum wage of 1.640 yuan/month and the minimum wage of part-time working hours of 1.3 yuan/hour.

Second-class areas: 6 districts such as Hailar District of Hulunbeier City, 5 counties such as Tuoketuo County, 3 county-level cities such as Xilinhot City and 9 flags such as Arong Banner. The minimum wage is 1.540 yuan/month, and the minimum wage for part-time working hours is 1.2 yuan/hour.

Three types of areas: 4 counties such as Linhe District and Kailu County in Bayannaoer City, 3 county-level cities such as Wulanhaote City, Balin Right Banner, etc. 16 banners. The minimum wage is 1440 yuan/month, and the minimum wage for part-time working hours is 1 170 yuan/hour.

The minimum wage standard includes: basic old-age insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance and individual contributions to housing accumulation fund.

The minimum wage standard does not include the following contents: extended working hours; Allowances under special conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Employees' welfare benefits stipulated by laws and regulations and the state.

In addition, for part-time workers, the monetary wage paid by the employer shall not be lower than the hourly minimum wage, and the social insurance premium and housing accumulation fund paid by the employer according to law shall be paid separately by the employer according to regulations.
