Unit online declaration:

1, the unit declared through the online service hall of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Before logging in, click "Region Switch" at the top of the page and select "Nanjing".

2. After logging in, click "One thing, one discussion" on the homepage, select "Retirement"-"Handling", fill in personal basic information, retirement basic information and work resume according to the file, and then confirm to generate a retirement application form (in triplicate, signed by myself and sealed by the company).

3. After logging in, the early retirees in special posts need to choose "Working by the Company"-"Social Insurance"-"Basic Old-age Insurance Service for Enterprise Employees"-"Early Retirement Approval for Special Posts with Basic Old-age Insurance for Enterprise Employees", fill in personal basic information, basic retirement information and work resume according to the file, and confirm to generate the Approval Form for Early Retirement of Enterprise Employees (in triplicate).

Processing time: one month before the insured reaches the age. After the online declaration of the unit, the following materials will be sent to the retirement file acceptance window (the first floor of No.2 Lijing Road) within two working days from the day after submission, and the receipt will be received. The retirement examination and approval department shall make an examination and approval opinion within 15 working days after accepting it.

Submit archival materials:

1. application form signed by the insured and sealed by the company (in triplicate);

Workers of enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, state organs and people's organizations who meet one of the following conditions shall retire:
