Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to the hospitalization of insured urban workers and urban residents due to resettlement in different places, going abroad for medical treatment, visiting relatives on business trips and other reasons.

Tenth insured urban workers and urban residents in different places hospitalization medical expenses, paid by myself in advance. Article 11 The medical expenses for hospitalization in different places shall be in accordance with the Catalogue of Medicines for Work Injury Insurance and Maternity Insurance in Gansu Province (version 20 10), the Catalogue of Medical Treatment Items for Basic Medical Insurance and Maternity Insurance for Urban Employees in Gansu Province (version 2005), the scope of medical service facilities and payment standards for basic medical insurance for urban employees, and the Notice on Issues Related to Medication for Children of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Residents (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2007]

(2) Medical expenses for going abroad for medical treatment. Approved in line with the referral for medical treatment, the insured urban workers pay 20% first, and the remaining 80% are reimbursed according to the relevant provisions of Lanzhou medical insurance; Insured urban residents are reimbursed in Lanzhou at 5% of the original reimbursement rate.

(three) travel, visiting relatives and other medical expenses. Medical expenses that meet the emergency scope shall be reimbursed according to the insured status of urban workers and urban residents and the relevant provisions of Lanzhou medical insurance.

(four) medical expenses incurred in different places that do not belong to the above three situations shall not be reimbursed in principle.
