If the application fails, you can reapply for unemployment benefits. If you fail, you can continue to apply, but you will be rejected again because you do not meet the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits. If you meet the withdrawal conditions and have complete information, the relevant departments will not stop you from withdrawing unemployment benefits.

What are the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits?

1. Before unemployment, the work unit (employer) and the recipient must have paid the unemployment insurance premium for one year.

2. The recipient's unemployment was not interrupted by his own will, that is, he was unemployed because his work unit was laid off or closed, not because he didn't want to work.

3. The applicant has registered for unemployment and has job requirements.

4. Before unemployment, if I and the employer have paid for one year but less than five years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is twelve months. Those who have paid accumulated contributions for five years but less than ten years shall receive unemployment insurance benefits. Unemployed people who meet the conditions of receiving unemployment benefits need to provide materials for dissolving labor relations, identity cards, household registration books, etc. Apply to the local social insurance agency for unemployment benefits.
