1. What are the main responsibilities of the Policy and Regulation Department (petition room)?

To guide and supervise the city's human resources and social security system in accordance with the law and administrative law enforcement, and be responsible for popularizing the law; To undertake the legal review, filing, cleaning and assembly of normative documents of this Council; Take the lead in soliciting opinions on normative documents outside the bureau; Formulate policies prohibiting illegal use of child labor and special labor protection policies for female workers and underage workers to guide the formulation of labor standards. ?

Participate in collective contract and collective wage negotiation, and undertake the daily work of the office of the tripartite meeting for coordinating labor relations; Organize and carry out supervision over the compliance of employers with labor security laws and regulations in the city; Responsible for handling letters and visits from the masses, online complaints and other petitions; Responsible for relevant administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation, administrative compensation and administrative punishment. ?

Comprehensive management of the city's labor and personnel dispute handling; Responsible for the qualification training and assessment of arbitrators and supervisors of labor and personnel disputes in the city; Coordinate and mediate labor and personnel disputes in towns (streets). ?

2. What are the main responsibilities of the social insurance department?

To formulate the development plan, reform plan, policy measures and socialized management services for the city's pension, medical care, work injury, maternity insurance, urban and rural residents' pension insurance and land-expropriated personnel's pension security, and organize their implementation; Responsible for approving and supervising the retirement, early retirement and pension benefits and payment standards of employees. ?

Responsible for the formulation of basic old-age insurance for employees, social old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, and old-age insurance for land-expropriated personnel; To formulate measures for the management, assessment and settlement of medical insurance services in designated medical institutions and retail pharmacies; Responsible for the city's work-related injury prevention, work-related injury identification and vocational rehabilitation. ?

To undertake the daily affairs of the office of the Municipal Labor Ability Appraisal Committee, and organize the implementation of the diagnosis, disability grade appraisal, vocational rehabilitation and labor ability appraisal of work-related injuries and occupational diseases; Responsible for the qualification identification of designated medical institutions for industrial injury and maternity insurance and designated medical institutions for the allocation of industrial injury AIDS. ?
