1. Insurance application

During the centralized enrollment in September, newly enrolled college students applied to their schools for admission during the transition period of the annual adjustment of medical insurance in 2022. If they miss the centralized enrollment period, they can also apply to the school for admission.

2. Insurance registration

The school handles the registration procedures for students through Xiamen Electronic Taxation Bureau (or fills in the Registration Form of Xiamen Student Medical Insurance in the Tax Service Department of Xiamen Taxation Bureau).

Colleges and universities can also upload the student status information of new college students through Xiamen Electronic Taxation Bureau. Newly insured college students can log in to the social security business of "Xiamen Tax" APP or the social security business of "My Xiamen" APP, and only after inquiring about their student status information can they be insured for medical insurance.

(1) adopts the "individual pays" method.

A. One-card entrusted withholding

B. Payment of health accounts

Families of insured students have established Xiamen's "Family Medical Economic Network". If the student's health account has been registered before the tax system issues a debit note, the medical insurance department will directly deduct the money from the health account of the family members of the "Family Medical Economic Net". After receiving the information that the health insurance department has successfully withheld the health account, the tax system will not deduct the personal account of the insured students. If the medical insurance department fails to deduct money from the health account (for example, the balance of the health account is insufficient, etc.). ), the tax system will deduct money from the bank card entrusted by the insured student card.

C. pocket payment declaration form

Insured students who fail to APPly for one-card entrustment or fail to deduct due to insufficient balance can log in to the "Xiamen Tax" app or "My Xiamen" app and use the "social security declaration and payment" function to pay online.

(2) adopting the method of "school withholding"

The school collects medical insurance premiums from students, and goes through the payment procedures through Xiamen tax website during the centralized payment period from April 4, 65438 to 3654381October 0 (freshman year). The school should go through the payment procedures for students who missed the centralized insurance period through Xiamen Electronic Taxation Bureau in the month of enrollment.

All schools must inform students of the payment method chosen by the school, so that students can pay correctly.

4. Graduates stop insurance

On March 3rd, 20221day, our bureau has issued a notice, requiring all kinds of full-time colleges and universities to go through the formalities of stopping insurance for graduates (including previous graduates and graduates in 2022) before April 5th, 2022.
