1, loss reporting by phone:

If the card is lost, the cardholder can report the loss by calling 12333 or writing to the citizen card service center and its designated place with valid identity documents. Social security and bank account loss reporting will take effect immediately, and the e-wallet will take effect after it is effectively sealed up or accepted 1 year.

2. Report the loss in writing:

After reporting the loss by telephone at 12333, citizens must report the loss in writing at the designated place within 3 working days, otherwise the social security function will automatically cancel the telephone report within 3 working days. The function of reporting the loss of bank account shall be handled according to the relevant regulations of the bank.
