The local tax department is responsible for the collection of residents' medical insurance premiums.

Article 4 The time for registration and payment of insurance for urban residents is from1October to 65438+20/February of the following year (the insured age of residents is calculated as 65438+3 1 of the year of insurance).

Article 6 When going through the insurance registration procedures, urban residents need to show the original residence booklet and ID card, submit a copy, a recent color registration photo (residents with second-generation ID cards do not provide color registration photos), and determine a bank card for payment. (a) the minimum living guarantee object must produce a valid "Wuhan minimum living guarantee certificate" and submit a copy of the original.

(2) The severely disabled persons assessed as Grade I or Grade II (hereinafter referred to as severely disabled persons) shall present the original "People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card" and submit a copy.

Seventh urban residents should go through the registration formalities at the following places, and truthfully fill out the "Application Form for the Registration of Urban Residents' Basic Medical Insurance in Wuhan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form").

Ninth residents to pay fees and receive social security cards according to the following procedures:

Tenth severely disabled people have no special circumstances after going through the insurance registration procedures, and the minimum living guarantee object can enjoy the residents' medical insurance benefits continuously every year during the period when the minimum living guarantee identity has not changed after going through the insurance registration procedures. Thirteenth insured residents who have paid the residents' medical insurance fees shall go through the formalities of stopping insurance at their domicile because of employment, participation in employee medical insurance, household registration migration, settlement abroad, death and other reasons. Fifteenth residents' medical insurance and employee medical insurance are not regarded as payment period.
