Legal basis: According to Article 15 of the Notice of the General Office of Beijing Municipal People's Government on Further Strengthening the Regulation and Control of Real Estate Sales in Beijing, non-Beijing citizens are required to pay social insurance or personal income tax in Beijing for more than 5 years (inclusive), and 1 apartment (including newly-built commercial real estate and second-hand real estate) is restricted.
