Alipay activates the social security card process

Software version: Alipay 10.3.26.20038+00.

The social security card can be activated by Alipay card package, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

Activate 1 through the card package, and click the card package function.

Go to the Alipay homepage and select the card package function.

2. Click the ID function.

Click the "ID" function to enter.

3. Click the social security card.

Click "Social Security Card" to enter.

4. Click "Get Electronic Social Security Card"

Click "Get Electronic Social Security Card" to activate.

The legal basis is Article 85 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): If the employer refuses to issue a certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
