Can Shanghai social security transfer to Nanchang to buy a house?

Shanghai Social Security cannot buy a house unless it has been in Nanchang for 2 years.

There are two conditions for buying a house in Nanchang (only one can be met):

1. has a local household registration in Nanchang, and only one family member meets the conditions for family purchase, and the individual must be at least 18 years old when purchasing a house;

2. Non-Nanchang household registration, but can provide proof of continuous payment of income tax for more than 24 months (inclusive) within three years, and can also be qualified to buy a suite. Similarly, as long as one person meets the family purchase conditions, the individual purchase must be at least 18 years old.

It should be noted that the social security certificate or personal income tax certificate provided by non-Nanchang household registration must be paid continuously every month for more than two years (inclusive), and the paid social security payment certificate or individual tax certificate does not meet the requirements.
