In order to implement the spirit of "People's Beijing, Science and Technology Beijing and Green Beijing" instructed by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, improve the income level of low-income people, effectively protect the basic livelihood of workers and their family members, maintain social stability in the capital and promote economic development, with the approval of the municipal government, the minimum wage standard in our city is adjusted according to the actual situation in our city. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:

First, the minimum wage in our city is not less than 4.6 yuan per hour and 800 yuan per month, and it is raised to not less than 5.5 yuan per hour and not less than 960 yuan per month.

The following items do not belong to the minimum wage standard, and the employer shall pay separately according to the regulations:

(1) Social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds that employees should pay;

(two) allowances for workers in special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;

(3) overtime pay and extra wages due to workers.

2. The hourly minimum wage for part-time employees is raised from 9.6 yuan/hour to 1 1 yuan/hour; The minimum wage for part-time employees on legal holidays has been raised from 22 yuan to 25.7 yuan/hour.

The above standards include pension, medical care and unemployment insurance premiums that employers and workers should pay.

Three, the implementation of piecework wage enterprises, through equal consultation to reasonably determine the labor quota and piecework unit price, to ensure that workers provide normal labor within the statutory working hours, the wages due are not lower than the minimum wage in our city.

Four, the normal production and operation, sustained economic growth of enterprises, in principle, should be higher than the minimum wage to pay workers in the statutory working hours to provide labor; Due to difficulties in production and operation, it is really necessary to pay the wages of all employees or some employees according to the minimum wage standard, which shall be determined through collective wage negotiation or discussed and approved by the workers' congress (or workers' congress).

Five, in the labor contract, it is stipulated that the employer can pay the employee a salary lower than the minimum wage if the employee fails to complete the labor quota or contract tasks, which has no legal effect.

Six, the above standards apply to all kinds of enterprises and institutions in this city.
