I. The contents of social insurance subsidies include:

2. The social insurance subsidized persons include:
1. Unemployed persons who are laid off from state-owned enterprises, hold the Re-employment Preferential Certificate and have been employed by a service-oriented enterprise and have signed a labor contract with the enterprise with a term of more than three years will be granted a three-year subsidy for pension insurance and unemployment insurance paid by the government;
