Medical insurance payment:

I. Payment standard:

1, basic medical insurance.

The employer shall pay 6% of the total wages of its employees (including retired employees) in the previous year; On-the-job employees pay 2% of their salary income in the previous year, and retirees do not pay the basic medical insurance premium from the next month after going through retirement procedures. If the proportion of retirees to employees exceeds the standards set by this Municipality, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Municipality. If the average wage of the employer (employee) is lower than 60% of the average wage of the employees in the county last year, 60% will be used as the payment base; If it is higher than 300% of the average wage of employees in the county last year, 300% will be the payment base.

2. Supplementary medical insurance for serious illness.

According to the standard of per person per year 120 yuan (including retired employees), 70% of which is borne by the employer and 30% by the employees. If the employer participates in the insurance midway, it shall pay the supplementary medical insurance premium for serious illness according to the annual standard.
