Can I apply for social security with my business license?

Legal analysis: business license can apply for social security. Prepare the original and photocopy of individual business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, official seal, financial seal and enterprise name seal, and open the basic deposit account before going to the bank. Materials required for self-employed social security:

(6) A copy of the tax registration certificate or other supporting documents issued by the competent authority;

(7) A copy of the valid ID card of the owner of individual industrial and commercial households with employees;

(8) A copy of the basic bank settlement account opening permit issued by the bank.

Copies of materials shall be stamped with official seals, and copies of originals shall be provided for all kinds of licenses.

In addition to the above materials, self-employed individuals need to fill in the following two forms for social security:

(1) company social insurance registration (change) form (registration 1)

(2) "social insurance payment special card" card commitment.

The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
