The insurance that needs to be transferred from other places has been paid normally in Changzhou. Please go to Window 28 of the Social Security Hall on the second floor of Changzhou Labor Security Service Center (No.2 Hualong Lane) to handle the social security transfer.

Materials required for the transfer of endowment insurance in different places: 1. Original and photocopy of the "Certificate of Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance" issued by the social security agency of the original insured place 1 copy; 2. Transferor's ID card (Agent: copy of transferor's ID card and agent's ID card; Unit manager: official seal of the unit).

Materials required for the transfer of medical insurance in different places: 1, one original and one copy of the medical insurance certificate issued by the social security agency of the original insured place (transfer outside the province can be directly applied); 2. Transferor's ID card (handler: copy of transferor's ID card, handler's ID card).
