2. Settlement release

After receiving the application from the employer for opening employee accounts, the social medical insurance agency shall carefully examine the relevant materials, open personal accounts for employees within 15 days, and make and issue personal account settlement cards. 3. Transfer and inheritance
If the insured person is transferred from the local area, the funds in the personal medical account will be transferred with it. If you can't transfer money, you can return the balance of your personal account to him and cancel your personal account.
If the insured dies, the balance of his personal account can be inherited by his legal heir.
4. Loss reporting and replacement
The insured shall properly keep the personal account card. If it needs to be replaced due to damage, the expenses shall be borne by the individual. If the personal account card is lost, it should be reported to the medical insurance agency or designated unit with relevant documents in time, and the medical insurance agency should immediately seal the account. If you can't find it within 30 days, you should apply for a new card at your own expense. Personal accounts of medical expenses incurred during the loss reporting period shall be paid by employees in cash. If the personal account card is misused before reporting the loss, the insured shall bear the loss.
When the insured goes to the hospital to buy medicine and settle medical expenses with a card, the service personnel of designated medical institutions and pharmacies should carefully verify it. If it is found that the loss reporting card is forged or fraudulently used, it shall be detained immediately and the social medical insurance agency shall be notified. Designated medical institutions and pharmacies shall not refuse cardholders to pay or exchange cash with their cards.
