Legal analysis: 1. Go to WeChat of Yunnan Electronic Taxation Bureau, click "Business Handling" in the menu bar, or go to Yunnan Tax APP.

2. On the "My" page, register with Yunnan Electronic Taxation Bureau for real-name authentication;

4. Click "Independent Payment" or "Payment on behalf of";

5. Enter the payer information and click Next;
