Locate the "Deg" item in the settings and select it.

You can also clear it all (settings and records), which makes it easier to find it.

There is a key labeled clr next to it Press shift and then press this. Just select "All".

D is the default mode of calculator, and D, R and G respectively represent the calculation modes of degree, radian and percentile.
