He has served as a teacher and secretary of the Party branch of the Investment Finance Department of Guangdong Business School; Macro and strategy researcher, project manager and fund manager of investment banking department of Guangzhou Securities Co., Ltd.; Member of the preparatory group, secretary of the board of directors, research director, deputy director, research director and inspector general of Golden Eagle Fund Management Co., Ltd., joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. in April 2007, and is currently the deputy general manager and portfolio manager of social security.

Mr Wang Ning, EMBA. He has served as assistant fund manager and industrial fund manager of Huaxia Fund Management Co., Ltd.. In August 2005, he joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd., and served as assistant fund manager of investment management department and fund manager of Changsheng Dynamic Select Fund. He is currently the director of investment management department, the fund manager of Changsheng Growth Value Securities Investment Fund, and the fund manager of Changsheng Tongqing Separable Trading Stock Securities Investment Fund.

Mr Hou, Dr Tsinghua University. He has served as a researcher and strategy manager of Guotai Junan Securities Research Institute. In February 2007, he joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd., and is currently the director of research and development department and the fund manager of Tongsheng Securities Investment Fund.

Mr. Wu Da, Master of Financial Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science, CFA, American Chartered Financial Analyst. He once worked in Singapore DBS Asset Management Co., Ltd. as assistant manager of DBS Thornton Global Income Fund and manager of DBS Zengyu Fund. Portfolio Manager of Asia-Pacific Special Account and Member of Asset Allocation Committee of Bi Sheng Gao Rong Asset Management Company; International strategist and fixed income investment manager of Huaxia Fund Management Co., Ltd.; In August 2007, he joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. and is currently the director of the international business department. Changsheng actively allocates fund managers of bond securities investment funds and stock securities investment funds selected by Changsheng's global prosperity industry.

Mr. Cai Bin, Master of Central University of Finance and Economics, CFA, USA. He has been a researcher and assistant to the fund manager of Baoying Fund Management Co., Ltd. ... He joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. in February 2006 and has been a researcher, assistant to social security portfolio and investment manager. Changsheng actively allocates positions such as bond fund managers. He is currently the director of the fixed income department, the fund manager of Changsheng Tongxin Capital Protection Mixed Securities Investment Fund, and the fund manager of Changsheng Tongxin Credit Increase Bond Securities Investment Fund.

In May 2006, he joined Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd., and served as a financial engineering researcher, a senior financial engineering researcher, an assistant fund manager and a fund manager of Changsheng CSI 300 Index Securities Investment Fund. He is currently the executive director of the Financial Engineering and Quantitative Investment Department and the fund manager of Changsheng Quantitative Dividend Strategy Stock Securities Investment Fund.
