I am a rural account in Hubei, now working in Hangzhou this side of the social security, if I resigned not to do social security can be taken out?

Article VI of the basic employee pension insurance personal account shall not be withdrawn in advance. Individuals in the legal conditions to receive the basic pension before leaving the country to settle, its personal account to be retained, to reach the legal conditions, in accordance with the provisions of the state to enjoy the corresponding pension insurance treatment. Those who have lost the nationality of the People's Republic of China may apply in writing to terminate the basic pension insurance relationship of employees when they leave the country or after they leave the country. Upon the death of an individual participating in employee basic pension insurance, the balance in his or her individual account may be inherited in its entirety in accordance with the law.

If an individual who has participated in the basic pension insurance for employees reaches the legal retirement age, has accumulated less than fifteen years of contributions, and has not been transferred to the new type of rural social pension insurance or urban residents' social pension insurance, the individual may apply in writing for the termination of the basic pension insurance relationship for employees. Upon receipt of the application, the social insurance agency shall inform him/her in writing of his/her right to transfer to the new rural social pension insurance or urban residents' social pension insurance and of the consequences of terminating the basic pension insurance relationship of the employee, and upon his/her written confirmation, terminate his/her basic pension insurance relationship of the employee and pay to him/her a lump sum payment for the amount of money stored in his/her personal account.
