The contribution ratio of the four pensions: the individual's part of the company's part of the contribution Old-age insurance pension: base*8%+base*22% (it seems to have been changed to this ratio recently) Medical insurance pension: base*2%+base*12% Unemployment insurance pension: base*1%+base*2% Employment injury insurance pension: ___0____+base*0.5% Maternity insurance pension: ___0____+base*0.5% Housing provident fund: ___0____+base*0.5% Maternity insurance pension: ___0____+base*0.5% Housing provident fund: ___0____+base*0.5 0.5% Housing Provident Fund: ___0___+base*7%+base*7% where the individual contributes the left part, i.e., 8%+2%+1%+7%=18%, and the company contributes the right part, i.e., 22%+12%+2%+0.5%+0.5%7%=44% That is to say, after deducting the four pensions, the salary is: X=worker's salary - base*18%; and the total money paid by the company is Y=worker's salary - base*18%; and the total money paid is X=worker's salary - base*18%. The total amount of money paid for Y = workers wages + base * 44%
According to state regulations, enterprises now have to pay for employees "five insurance and one gold": pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing fund. If you are an active employee, the unit will pay for you, the payment standard: Pension Insurance: 20% of the unit to pay, 8% of the individual to pay, of which 8% into the personal account. Medical insurance: unit to pay 8% or 9%, individuals pay 2%, of which 2.8% into the individual medical insurance card (once a month). Unemployment insurance: the unit pays 1.5%, and the individual pays 0.5%, for the employee to collect unemployment benefits when he/she loses his/her job. Work-related injuries and maternity insurance, plus 1% and 0.8%, some places are the full burden of the unit, and some places are deducted from the employee 1 yuan per month, when there are work-related injuries to the insurance company to claim. Maternity insurance, on the other hand, is for expenses incurred by female employees when they give birth, and is borne by the social security department. Housing provident fund: the unit pays 7%, individuals pay 7%, all into the personal account, can be withdrawn when you buy a house, can also be used to buy a home loan, is low-interest.
Of course, the local unit may be different. Details combined with the local unit correction!
