1. wechat search click on my social security card, and then click to enter the official wechat account.

2. Then click register for consultation.

3. Jump to the page and click Activate Benefits.

4. Click on the cash withdrawal change, and then click to activate the electronic medical insurance voucher.

5. Then click Cancel Activation.

6. Enter the medical insurance e-certificate, and click Activate Now.
