The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the medical insurance agency for medical insurance registration for its employees. Flexible employees who participate in employee medical insurance shall go to the medical insurance agency for medical insurance registration.

Surplus strategy

The average monthly salary of employees in the above years is the payment base. If there is no average monthly salary of employees in the previous year, the average monthly salary of employees in this year is the payment base; If there is no average monthly salary of this year, the monthly salary will be used as the payment base. If the average monthly salary or monthly salary of employees is lower than 60% of the social insurance payment base standard determined by the whole province, 60% of the social insurance payment base standard determined by the whole province shall be used as the payment base.
