How to pay for the death of social security in an accident?

Legal analysis: no compensation will be paid for death after paying social insurance, but those who pay old-age insurance will pay funeral expenses and pensions. If a person dies at work and pays work-related injury insurance, the survivors will receive funeral subsidies, dependent relatives' pensions and work-related injury death subsidies.

Unemployed people who die during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits shall be given a one-time funeral grant and pension to their survivors in accordance with local regulations on the death of on-the-job workers, and the required funds shall be paid by the unemployment insurance fund.

Legal basis: Article 1 179 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) infringes on others and causes personal injury, it shall compensate the reasonable expenses of treatment and rehabilitation such as medical expenses, nursing expenses, transportation expenses, nutrition expenses, hospital food subsidies, and the reduced income due to absenteeism.

If it causes disability, it shall also compensate for the cost of assistive devices and disability compensation; If death is caused, funeral expenses and death compensation shall also be paid.
