Note: (1) High-level talents who are not registered in this city refer to those who have the title of associate senior middle school or above or master's degree or above and have established social security relations in this city.

(2) In the original restricted purchase area of Binhu District (except Mashan Street and Hudai Town), the time limit for non-registered families to purchase houses, that is, social security or tax payment certificates, has been adjusted from the original requirement to provide social security or tax payment certificates in this city for more than 2 years (inclusive) to more than 6 months (inclusive).
