What are the consequences of social security companies defaulting on personal wages?

Legal analysis: the default of social security companies will result in the accumulation of late fees for individuals. First of all, you need to go to the social security bureau and the bank to make up the unpaid fees, otherwise the late payment fee will keep accumulating. After the normal payment is resumed, social security can be reduced or exempted. After employees leave their jobs, they should reduce their social security personnel in time next month, go through the formalities of social security declaration and termination for the employees who leave their jobs, and provide the employees with the certificate of dissolution of the labor contract. And to co-ordinate the adjustment of social insurance funds within a certain scope, and give necessary help to workers when they encounter labor risks. As long as the conditions for enjoying social insurance are met, social insurance will provide basic living security for workers.

Legal basis: Article 57 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (1) The employer shall, within 30 days from the date of establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with the business license, registration certificate or unit seal;

(two) the social insurance agency shall examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate within fifteen days from the date of accepting the application;

(3) If the social insurance registration items of the employer are changed or the employer is terminated according to law, it shall, within 30 days from the date of change or termination, go to the social insurance agency to handle the change or cancellation of social insurance registration;

(4) The market supervision and management department, the civil affairs department and the organization management organ shall promptly notify the social insurance agency of the establishment and termination of the employing unit, and the public security organ shall promptly notify the social insurance agency of the birth, death and household registration, transfer and cancellation of an individual.
