Is there a difference between individual handling social security cards and company handling?
The difference between the two is that:
1, payment object, social security payment object for flexible employees is local people. The social security payment object of the company is all employees of the company.
2. Payment insurance: The insurance for social security payment of flexible employees is medical insurance and endowment insurance. The unit payment insurance covers medical care, pension, work injury, maternity and unemployment.
3. Payment base: the base for flexible employees to pay basic old-age insurance and medical insurance premiums is 60% ~ 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in the whole city in the previous year, and the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year is the payment base. The social security payment base is fixed for one year and cannot be changed within one year. The calculation caliber of employee payment base should be strictly in accordance with the Provisions on the Composition of Total Wages issued by the National Bureau of Statistics in June 1990 1. The total wage consists of six parts: hourly wage, piece-rate wage, bonus, allowance and subsidy (except for travel allowance, missed meal allowance and one-child allowance), overtime wage and salary paid under special circumstances. According to the Notice on Several Issues Concerning the Participation of Flexible Employed Persons in the Basic Old-age Pension and Medical Insurance for Urban Employees in this Municipality, the residents and employed persons refer to the self-employed persons with household registration in this Municipality, men under 60 years old and women under 55 years old, who are engaged in legitimate economic income, individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age pension and medical insurance in the employing unit, and other flexible employees.
Flexible employment personnel in accordance with the provisions for employment registration, to the domicile or residence street, township (town) community affairs acceptance service center to apply for insurance, by the community affairs acceptance service center on behalf of social insurance agencies for basic old-age insurance and medical insurance registration procedures, pay the basic old-age insurance and medical insurance premiums.
The base for flexible employees to pay basic pension and medical insurance premiums is 60% ~ 300% of the average monthly salary of employees in the city last year. The proportion of paying the basic old-age insurance premium is 30%, and the proportion of paying the basic medical insurance premium is 14%.
The Administrative Regulations on the Declaration and Payment of Social Insurance Premium requires that the employer shall register social insurance for its employees and declare and pay social insurance premiums within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
The social insurance premiums mentioned in the regulations refer to the basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums, work-related injury insurance premiums, unemployment insurance premiums and maternity insurance premiums paid by employers and their employees according to law.
