Maternity insurance refers to a social insurance system in which the state and society provide medical services, maternity allowance and maternity leave when pregnant and childbearing female workers temporarily interrupt their labor force, and the state and society provide necessary economic compensation and medical care for maternity workers.

According to the relevant policies of Wuhu City, the relevant information of maternity insurance reimbursement for employees of our bureau is now publicized as follows:

First, the applicant

Both male and female employees of the company can apply for maternity insurance after reaching the legal marriage age (if both male and female employees are working at the same time, female employees are advised to submit application materials).

Second, the application materials

1. Prenatal submission: Prepare the following materials before delivery and submit them to the Human Resources Department of the General Manager's office, which will sort them out and submit them to sanshan district Social Security Bureau for filing.

Application materials (submitted before delivery):

Birth registration information

Serial number: information required for female employees to declare and register; Information required for male employees to declare and register.

13 One-inch photos of the female side and 3 one-inch photos of the female side.

2. The identity card and photocopy of the woman, and the identity cards and photocopies of both husband and wife.

Marriage certificate and copy

4. Reproductive health service certificate and its copy (birth certificate) Reproductive health service certificate and its copy (birth certificate)

5. Handbook and copy of maternal and neonatal health care.

6. A copy of the household registration book of both husband and wife and a copy of the head of the household.

Remarks: Only one copy is required.

2. Postpartum submission: prepare the following materials to the Human Resources Department of the General Manager's Office on 0/80 days after delivery, and the Human Resources Department of the General Manager's Office will submit them to sanshan district Social Security Bureau for reimbursement.

Three. Remittance instructions:

1. Reimbursement time: submitted before 14 every month, and the insurance premium will be settled on 15 the following month; /kloc-submitted after 0/4, and settled after 2 months;

2. Unified remittance of the company: the reimbursement of maternity insurance is settled once a month, and the remittance is made to the company account by Wuhu Social Security Bureau. On 25th of each month, the reimbursement will be made by the Human Resources Department, and the money will be remitted to the reimbursement personnel's ABC card account.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1, time limit: strictly apply for maternity insurance materials before delivery, apply for reimbursement within 180 days after delivery, and the Social Security Bureau will not handle it after the deadline;

2. Reimbursement content: After the maternity insurance is reimbursed by the new rural cooperative medical system, the reimbursement amount of maternity insurance is deducted from the reimbursement expenses.
