How to do well the socialized management and service of enterprise retirees

In recent years, according to the deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, all localities have promoted socialized management and services for enterprise retirees. According to the specific characteristics of petrochemical enterprises, enterprises should do a good job in the following four aspects to promote the socialized management of retirees.

First, correctly understand the service content of socialized management of enterprise retirees and the responsibilities that enterprises should bear under the mode of "co-management".

According to the characteristics of Sinopec's subordinate enterprises, such as good operating conditions, more retirees and relatively concentrated residence, sound retirement institutions, normal activities and high welfare benefits for retirees, Nanjing Labor and Social Security Bureau adopts the socialized management service mode of enterprise retirees, which is "co-managed by communities and enterprises". This model is that the community and enterprises jointly provide socialized management services for retirees. In view of the immature conditions of community socialization management, it is difficult for some retirees to provide management services.
