You can't use the social security card to reimburse the medical examination expenses, but you can use the money in the personal account of the medical insurance card to pay the medical examination expenses. If the personal account of the medical insurance card has no money, you can only pay for it yourself.

The medical insurance card has two accounts, one is a personal account and the other is a co-ordination account. Among them, the money in the personal account can be used for general outpatient service and drug purchase, and the overall account is generally used for reimbursement of hospitalization medical expenses of insured persons.

When visiting a designated medical institution, the overall account can be used to reimburse the insured for hospitalization medical expenses.
