Pensions can be inquired through Alipay Citizen Center, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

Inquire about 1 through Alipay Citizen Center, and click Citizen Center.

Go to Alipay's homepage and click on the Citizen Center function.

2. Click Social Security.

Click the "social security traceability module" function to enter.

3. Click "Social Security Inquiry"

Click "Social Security Inquiry" on the page.

The legal basis is Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC): The employer shall register social insurance for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall go through social insurance registration with the social insurance agency.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
