(1) Instant Card Issuance

Step 1: the applicant or agent will go to the processing window with the required documents for verification;

Step 2: After checking the valid documents and inputting relevant information, the staff will print the Tianjin Social Security Card Application Registration Form, and after the information is confirmed by the applicant or agent, the staff will sign and go through the payment procedures, the staff will issue the Tianjin Social Security Card Instant Issuance Receipt;

Step 3: The applicant will get the social security card at the designated bank service outlets with the receipt of instant card issuance and valid identity documents of Tianjin Social Security Card;

Step 4: When issuing the card, the staff must check the valid ID of the cardholder. After confirming the printing quality and card information of the card, the applicant is required to check the card information and get the card according to the relevant regulations of the bank. If the information on the card surface is unclear or incorrect, the staff will take back the new card and issue it to the applicant;

Step 5: When the applicant receives the social security card at the designated banking service outlets, he shall go through the procedures of activating the financial function and resetting the password to ensure the safety of the personal financial account.
