(4) Urban and rural residents who can provide job registration certificates (excluding Shuangyang District and Jiutai District), aged 16, male under 60 and female under 55, can go to Changchun Social Insurance Service Center (No.3088, Ziyou Road) with their ID cards, household registration books and job registration certificates, and go through the insurance formalities in the service hall on the second floor.

(5) Long-term buyers from other cities (excluding Shuangyang District and Jiutai District), aged 16 years old or above, male under 60 years old and female under 55 years old, can go to Changchun Social Insurance Service Center (No.3088, Ziyou Road) and apply for insurance in the service hall on the second floor.
