Is it reasonable for the company to ask employees to return social security?

Legal analysis: unreasonable and illegal. First, it is the legal obligation of the unit to pay social security according to law. According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law", the employer must register social security for employees within 30 days after they join the company, and pay social security for employees in full and on time. As long as employees work in the unit for one day, the employer must buy social security for employees as stipulated by law. In fact, most of the social security paid by employers for employees belongs to the overall account, and what is credited to personal accounts is basically the part paid by employees in proportion. Therefore, there is no legal basis and it is unreasonable to ask employees who leave their jobs to return the social security they have paid.
