Does it take three months to withdraw cash without deep separation and deep cancellation?

Legal analysis: the withdrawal of the cancellation of Shenzhen housing provident fund account will arrive in about three working days after being approved by Shenzhen housing provident fund management center. Employees who are not registered in Shenzhen must meet the conditions of "Shenzhen social security transfer or suspension of payment for more than three months" before they can move out of Shenzhen.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Housing Provident Fund in Shenzhen City, under any of the following circumstances, employees may withdraw the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing with ownership;

(two) to repay the principal and interest of the owner-occupied housing loan;

(three) to pay the rent of self-occupied housing according to the provisions of this Municipality; (4) retirement;

(five) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(six) the household registration moved out of the city;

(seven) the household registration is not in this city and the basic old-age insurance or basic medical insurance relationship transfer procedures have been handled;

(eight) women over 45 years of age, men over 50 years of age, unemployed and housing provident fund accounts have been sealed for 2 years;

(nine) settled in foreign countries or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;

(ten) other circumstances approved by the provident fund management committee. The owner-occupied housing specified in items (1), (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph is limited to the city.
