I can print at the front desk of the social security bureau of the insured place with my ID card; If you want to entrust others to print, you should prepare the following materials:

1, Social Insurance Enrolment Query Registration Form (which can be filled in at the Social Security Bureau).

2. Original and photocopy of the customer's ID card.

3. The original and photocopy of the trustee's ID card.

4. Power of attorney (stating the entrusted matters).

You can also bring your ID card or new social security card to any social security bureau self-service terminal in Dongguan for printing. If you entrust others to print by themselves, you don't need to issue a power of attorney and other materials, but you need to carry the client's ID card or a new social security card to read the materials on a single machine.
